Introduction: Flag Currency (a.k.a. Flags)

For those of you who remember Snowballs from this past December’s Winter Fest event, Flags will feel like a familiar currency to use.

But for those who are new to these special events, Flag Currency or Flags are a special currency available only during the Banners of Valor event and useable exclusively in the Banners of Valor storefront (which is the tab labeled “Valor” in game!).

How do you get your Flags?

• As rewards for the individual Banners of Valor Earn Challenge
• As rewards for a Challenge tied to the Banner Bounty special event more
• As rewards for completing card collections in the War Heroes: Valor feature
• As guaranteed bonus drops inside Banners of Valor War Chests

An article about the Banners of Valor Earn Challenge and Banner Bounty will be published on Monday, June 30. Articles about War Heroes: Valor and the Banners of Valor War Chests will be available on Tuesday, July 1.

One important note, Commander: Unlike true flags, Flag Currency will fade from your account when Banners of Valor ends. Be sure to spend all your Flags before they disappear with the server restart on Tuesday, July 22!

Banners of Valor Storefront: Bundles Available for Flags – Store Launch

There’s more than one way to be a patriot—and way more than one type of item you can get with your Flags!

But heads up: the items in the Banners of Valor storefront will be released in two waves!

• Our major storefront item launch will be on the event’s first day, July 1. This will include new event Premium tanks and Skins; all July 1 storefront items will remain available until Banners of Valor ends with the server restart on Tuesday, July 22.
• A reinforcement of items, including classic Premium tanks, will be released on Friday, July 11. Want to know what all the items are? We’ll have a news article with all the info published that same day (though you can spot a couple of them in the image above)!
