Tank origin
Artillery on a modified chassis of the M47 medium tank. The prototype was produced in 1952, and in 1956, the artillery entered service in two variants. The Equalizer has two gun variants to chose from with the first being a 155 mm gun that fires a multiple round barrage over a larger area. The second variant mounts a single fire 155 mm gun for more precise targeting.
