TOY TANK MODE

Toy Tank mode, the game’s holiday classic, returns! Ready to wreak havoc with your toy tanks and toy artilleries on the Happy Holidays! Map? How else are you going to get a random drop from the Stocking Stuffer Challenge? Oh yeah, and this time the toy vehicles jump too.

NEW TANK: DOUBLE TAP TS-54

In real life, the double tap is a firing technique where two shots are fired in quick succession. And yes, at least in World of Tanks Modern Armor, tanks can also do that.

The Double Tap TS-54 is the first U.S. tank with the dual-barrel mechanic. Get to know its perks and gameplay tips in its dedicated article.

Actor and professional tough guy Vinnie Jones is here to make the holiday season bright, now through January 8th.

CHALLENGES AND EVENTS

Alright, Commander, get ready to take on the last Weekly Challenges of the year! First up, give your Tech Tree research a boost by accomplishing the goals below.

Weekly Challenges: Week 2

And in the following week, you can keep that research speed going with the help of a daily XP boost.

Hadron Collider

In this chained Challenge, deal progressively higher damage to your enemies in each consecutive Multiplayer battle.

After you finish Stage IV, if you can keep dealing twice your maximum health in damage in every Multiplayer battle, you’ll keep your x2 Vehicle XP bonus until you break the chain.

Naughty or Nice Random Drop Challenge

From December 23rd through January 1st, your first win of the day will get you a random drop. The drop might be nice…or naughty. Also, your first naughty drop will include a special goodie: the Lump of Coal Medal!

On the last day of the event, the Lump of Coal Medal will drop for everyone who didn’t receive it.

Like every Premium Consumable, you can use them again after a short cooldown period. These Consumables are Cold War mode exclusives.
  • Earn 8,000 XP in battle to unlock the 50% Super Savings discount.

• Enhanced Hull Patch Kit (10)
  • These will make ALL the difference and you’re a brave one if you head into battle without them. Enhanced Hull Patch Kits will “heal your tank” for a short time and the best part is you can use them again after the cooldown period is finished. These Consumables are also Cold War mode exclusives.
  • Earn 20,000 XP in battle to unlock the 50% Super Savings discount.

• Enhanced Missile Warning Voucher
  • Know when you’re being targeted by an enemy missile with this piece of Equipment. Yes, missiles are guided projectiles by default, but it’s still ridiculously hard to hit a moving target. Step on it when the beeping starts, your opponents will need some time to reload their next ATGM, so take that opportunity to chase them down. This Equipment is useable only on Era 2 (Escalation) and Era 3 (Détente) vehicles in Cold War mode.
  • Earn 40,000 XP in battle to unlock the 50% Super Savings discount.
