Head into battle alongside 2D Commanders (including Ultimate versions!) representing our event mode NPCs. New and returning 3D Commanders have been given VO to lend support to the fight!

In our latest special event, WARRIORS, four of history’s greatest fighters—Georg von Frundsburg, Meng Tian, Marcus Claudius Marcellus, and Minamoto No Yoshiie—are coming to our battlefields. They’ll be fighting in event mode battle brackets each week to determine which one is the best of the best.

But no warrior, no matter how skilled, can triumph alone, a fact that you know well, Commander.

So we’re bringing you a whole roster of Commanders as part of the Warriors event. Recruit them to assist you as you join our competition!

New: Warriors Combatant Commanders

Each week of Warriors, when you join our special event mode battles, you and six other players will be on a team supporting one of four great warriors, each represented in battle by an NPC tank.

To commemorate this competition, we’ve created 2D Commanders representing each combatant.

Not only that—we’ve made two versions of each warrior: a Standard Commander (starts with one open Skill slot and earns Commander XP at the regular rate) and an Ultimate version (starts with all nine Skill slots open and earns Commander XP at a +30% bonus rate).

That’s right: for the first time, you can get Ultimate 2D Commanders!

Please note: these Commanders do NOT come with custom voiceover.

Here’s where you’ll be able to get the different versions of these specific Commanders throughout Warriors:

Supporting Warriors: 3D Commanders

Our main combatants aren’t the only ones who heard the call to battle!

We’ll have four 3D Hero Commanders available as part of Warriors. New to the roster is the Germanic knight who has sworn his allegiance to Georg von Frundsburg, Ulrich der Wieseljäger!

As you can tell, in addition to starting with three open Skill slots and earning Commander XP at a +30% bonus rate like all Hero Commanders, Ulrich also comes with his own custom voiceover.

But he isn’t the only one. Returning to support our combatants are three player-favorite 3D Hero Commanders:

While Leaena has always had custom VO, Zhu Teng Long and Gunpei Takeda have received new custom VO as part of this event, giving you four 3D Commanders who will rally your troops and lift your spirits with their voices during battle! (If you already own Zhu Teng Long or Gunpei Takeda, your Commander has already received the new VO.)

Supporting Warriors: 2D Commanders

You can never have too many allies. We’ve also created brand-new 2D versions of our 3D supporting warrior Commanders!

These Standard Commanders will start with one open Skill slot and earn Commander XP at the regular rate. They will also feature the same custom VO as their 3D counterparts.
