Masters of Mayhem
The Masters of Mayhem Season kicks off with an explosive start with the rocket-boosted Schwertwal as the Ultimate Season Pass tank!
The mayhem doesn't stop there. ATGMs and rockets have been updated with more realistic behavior and are now affected by dispersion and/or gravity. To help you master these changes, we've introduced a new Commander Skill focused on improving ATGM handling. We've also delivered a complete overhaul of the tank audio, a new default Commander voice-over experience, a new elite-level system, and a new map, Paris!
Need even more mayhem? The Iron Maiden Expansion bundle turns the volume up to eleven, adding three exclusive challenges to earn a legendary heavy metal rockstar Commander and two heavy metal tanks. Reach Stages 105, 115, and 124 to complete the challenge to add these iconic rockstars to your inventory.
Check out the full details in the dedicated Masters of Mayhem season article.
Paris - New Map
Featuring iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, the Palais de Chaillot, and the Statue de Ferdinand Foch, this battlefield is anything but a vacation destination. Ready your tanks and charge into the fight!
The southern half of the map is dominated by the city streets, where heavy tanks can thrive in intense close-quarters brawls. Standing at the heart of the battlefield, the Statue de Ferdinand Foch serves as a key landmark, but don't let its presence lure you into a trap; the city center is exposed to fire from multiple angles.
To the north, the elevated Palais de Chaillot overlooks a more open battlefield, creating opportunities for Tank Destroyers, Medium Tanks, and Light Tanks to take advantage of long sightlines, mobility, and flanking routes.

Elite Levels
The Elite Level system is a progression path for vehicles after reaching Elite Status.
Once a vehicle becomes Elite, any additional Tank XP earned will contribute toward increasing that vehicle’s Elite Level, starting at Level 1 and progressing all the way to Level 999.
- Only Tank XP earned from WWII or CW Multiplayer battles count towards Elite Status.
- Tank XP earned from Co-op or Event battles does not count.
Elite Levels do not provide any gameplay or combat advantages. Instead, progressing through the system rewards players with a unique badge that can be displayed in-game. As your Elite Level increases, the badge evolves into more decorative and prestigious versions to showcase your dedication to that vehicle. The milestones at which your badge evolves are viewable within the upgrades tab. Elite levels will be viewable in the Garage, Upgrades Tab, and post-battle results screen.
- Elite levels are retroactively applied to your vehicles.
Marks of Excellence Post-Battle Results Screen Progress Tracker
Starting this season, your progress toward earning Marks of Excellence on each eligible vehicle will be displayed on the post-battle results screen.
The new display, located in the bottom-left corner of the Personal tab, shows your current Damage standing as both a value and a percentage. It also indicates how much your progress increased or decreased compared to its previous value after that battle, along with the target value and percentage required to earn your next Mark of Excellence.
In addition, the garage filters have been updated to support a filter per Marks of Excellence.
New Mechanics
ATGMs
ATGM mechanics have been updated to account for gun accuracy and dispersion penalties. The biggest gameplay impact is when firing on the move. Attempting to launch an ATGM while performing high-speed maneuvers will significantly increase dispersion at launch. If there isn't enough clearance around your vehicle, the missile may strike a nearby obstacle, or even the ground, immediately after firing.
When firing from a stationary position, you'll notice little to no change in launch behavior. These changes are intended to encourage more realistic ATGM gameplay, reflecting how these weapon systems are typically employed in real life, where vehicles generally fire from a stationary position or while moving at very low speeds.
You can still fire an ATGM while traveling at high speed, but doing so now carries the risk of an inaccurate or failed launch. Choosing the right moment to fire will be key to using ATGMs effectively.
Additional Details:
- Dispersion only affects the missile during launch. Accuracy and dispersion are applied only at the moment the missile leaves the launcher. Once in flight, it will continue to steer toward the aiming reticle just as it did previously.
- Barrel-launched ATGMs use the same accuracy and dispersion characteristics as the gun they are fired from.
- Standalone ATGM launchers have received new accuracy and dispersion values that have been tuned specifically for this updated mechanic. See the details below.

Rockets
Previously, rockets were unaffected by accuracy, dispersion penalties, or gravity. With this update, rockets are now influenced by all three, resulting in more realistic launch and flight behavior.
The biggest gameplay change is that rockets no longer travel in a perfectly flat trajectory. Instead, they are now affected by gravity, causing them to arc toward their target like a low-velocity HE shell. As a result, hitting moving or distant targets will be more challenging, encouraging players to use rockets at close to medium ranges where they are most effective.
To support these changes, the following vehicles have received new accuracy and dispersion values based on the new mechanics. See the details below.
