Send spooky surprises to fellow Commanders, collect eerie candies, and face “Steven’s” sinister challenge for hauntingly good rewards, if you dare!
Be brave, Commander! You’ve battled against the most bloodthirsty foes, but the Dark Realm is about to get even gloomier. Get ready for the spookiest time of the year with the Trick or Treat online event!
How It Works
Sending Treats
Starting on October 23 and up through November 3, you’ll be able to haunt your fellow Commanders, friends, platoon or regiment mates by sending them Treats and Tricks.
Head to the Gratitude Letter website and let them know you’re thinking about them by sending them something sweet…or not so much.
Whenever you send another player a Trick or Treat, they’ll receive a candy chosen at random among the six available types. But whether you like it or not, there’s a chance they might get tricked instead!
Special In-Game Challenge
After sending nine Trick or Treat gifts, “Steven” will pay you a visit and a special in-game Challenge will materialize. If you do exactly as he says, you’ll get a chance to win one of the following treats:
- One day of Premium Account
- 1,000 Vehicle XP
- x1.25 Silver Booster
- 250 Free XP
You can complete his challenge as many times as you want: “Steven” never gets tired of daring brave Commanders, so this is a real opportunity for you to get greedy and collect as many of these rewards as you can.
To keep in mind:
- You can Trick or Treat however many players as you want, but you can only Trick or Treat the same player once per day.
Receiving Treats
Here are the generous treats you might receive from your fellow players. Each of them will grant you between 10,000 and 20,000 Silver. Collect all six to get your hands on an even sweeter reward: three Halloween War Chests!
Never let your guard down, though: you never know when a gift you receive might be hiding a Trick. Tricks won’t grant you any Silver and won’t even help toward your goal of earning the Halloween War Chests.
To keep in mind:
- You’ll be able to collect up to 1,000,000 Silver throughout the whole event.
- You will only be able to see up to three incoming Trick or Treats each time you log into the game. However, rest assured that all Trick or Treats you receive are immediately credited to your account, even those you are not notified about.
- After completing the candy collection or earning 1,000,000 Silver, you will no longer receive in-game notifications about incoming Trick or Treats. However, you will still be able to view them on the Trick or Treat website and continue sending Trick or Treats to other players.
It doesn’t end there!
You never know what the Dark Realm might have in store for you this season, so watch your back! But if you’re craving an extra Halloween Treat, log into the website between October 31 00:01 UTC and November 2 23:59 UTC!
