Four holidays in seven days? What’s not to like about Golden Week?

Golden Week is the informal name for the time period from April 29 through May 5, during which Japan celebrates four national holidays. No matter where you live in the world, however, you can celebrate with us in World of Tanks Modern Armor—and our festivities begin on April 21!

Here’s the rundown of everything we’ll have available.

Girls und Panzer: St. Gloriana Takes the Field

Sensha-Dō’s most accomplished practitioners are back! Girls und Panzer and World of Tanks Modern Armor team up once again, and this time, new crews and tanks from St. Gloriana’s Girls’ College join the participants.

New Commanders: 3D Striker + 2D Baby Striker

Of course Striker, our Japanese social media mascot, is here for the occasion. And he’s dressed up in two new forms!

Like all Hero Commanders, the Striker 3D Hero Commander will start with three open Skill slots and earn Commander XP at a +30% bonus rate. Please note that he does not come with custom voiceover.

The Baby Striker 2D Standard Commander will start with one open Skill slot and earn Commander XP at the regular rate. Please note that he also does not come with custom voiceover, as cute as that would be.

Both new Commanders will join our rare, existing Striker 2D Standard Commander and will be available in the Store for one week starting April 28, along with a small selection of themed items. We’ll have more information in a News article closer to that date.

Striker Game Board

Every good celebration needs games, so during Golden Week, our Game Board will return with a new theme and new rewards, including the Striker 3D Hero Commander.
