We’re as excited as you are, Commander: a new map is almost ready to make its console debut, with two versions available to best suit each game mode.

Prepare to do battle on the idyllic grounds of Nebelburg!

But there’s one challenge that the community will need to take on to bring it into the game. Together, you and other tankers around the world will need to travel the Road to Nebelburg.

Road to Nebelburg is a Community Event beginning on Friday, June 23rd, in which the entire player base works together to unlock rewards and complete goals.

The ultimate goal: earn 7,000,000 total points as a community to unlock Nebelburg and bring it into the map rotation.

• To earn one point, destroy one or more tanks in any number of Multiplayer battles (excludes Co-Op).

Every Multiplayer battle in which you destroy an enemy tank brings you closer to receiving rewards and unlocking the map. And whenever the community achieves a goal, EVERYONE receives that goal’s reward!

Plus, in response to our previous Community Event to unlock the Swamp map, we’ve reduced the total number of points needed to complete the final goal, so that you can get tanking on new terrain sooner.

Note: the map will be unlocked as soon as possible after points are met and not immediately. We may have bots in certain matches, but our dev team is human.

You’ll be able to keep track of the points that the community has earned with the Community Events display on the game’s main start/game mode menu.
