Battle with Awakened Monster Tanks, or the free Spectre, across four haunted maps!
Once every year, when darkness falls upon the battlefield, horror and reality become one. The hidden nature of our vehicles Awaken, and in their lust for battle, they reveal their true form.
Welcome to Monster Mash, Commander. Ready to face the beast within?
Read more below, if you dare...
What is Monster Mash?
Monster Mash is our unique Halloween-themed game mode that brings out the beast in each Monster Tank.
During this event, players who have earned a Monster Tank through the Monster Hunter Challenge or purchased a Monster Tank at any time will also have the Awakened version of that tank in their garages.
You’ll find Monster Mash lurking in the game’s main menu (the same one you use to select World War II or Cold War mode).
When in battle, your Monster Tank will reveal uncanny abilities, unlike anything you’ve encountered in standard matches! To see the complete Monster Tank list for 2026, check out the Monster Tank Bestiary.

Do I get anything special by playing Monster Mash?
In addition to the Monster Tank x2 Commander XP Bonus, all Awakened tanks have a 300% Commander XP Bonus. That’s four times the Commander XP you normally get. It’s the perfect time to train your Commanders, since you’ll get both bonuses simultaneously.
What If I Don't Own a Monster Tank?
While Monster Mash is live, all players will have access to The Spectre, a terrifying light tank that rises from the grave each year to haunt the Halloween maps.
The Spectre will be available in your garage for free and can be used only in Monster Mash.

Do I get to keep the Awakened Monster Tanks?
The Awakened form of your Monster Tanks will disappear from your garage with the server restart on Tuesday, November 3. Your regular Monster Tank will remain in your garage until it's time for its reawakening next year.

Last Laugh and Rx Malpractice: Awakened!
Two new Monster Tanks have joined the fight this year, and their Awakened abilities are no laughing matter.
Rx Malpractice
Background Information:
Once a medevac vehicle, Rx Malpractice is now Nurse Wretched’s twisted creation. Its four 60 mm cannons unleash a rapid clip, while its excellent mobility lets you flank enemies and send them straight to the morgue.
Awakened Powers:
Rx Malpractice awakens with special injections that affect targets based on whether they are friend or foe. Shoot enemies to apply stacking damage over time, or heal allies to apply stacking healing over time. Additional shots increase the number of stacks.
- Effects from different Rx Malpractice vehicles stack independently.
- Healing allies earns XP and Silver, calculated using the same system as damage dealt to enemies.

Last Laugh
Background Information:
Built from a bizarre combination of pieces, the Last Laugh is unlike any other vehicle on the battlefield. Its long-barreled 88 mm gun and pair of hard-hitting ATGMs give it the firepower to match its mobility. Use both to outmaneuver your enemies and make sure you have the last laugh!
Awakened Powers:
The Last Laugh awakens with Laughing Gas, a cloud fired from the gun that damages enemies caught inside it over time. The gas does not block vision: vehicle outlines and nameplates can still be seen through the cloud. Each shot also unfurls a “BANG!” flag from the end of the barrel before it rolls back up.
