The Megadeth 2D Commanders are Standard; each starts with one open Skill slot, earns Commander XP at the standard rate, and features custom voiceover recorded by the band member himself (or, in Vic Rattlehead’s case, with VO designed by Dave Mustaine and the band’s sound engineer and recorded by none other than Mr. Mustaine!).

As a Hero Commander, 3D Vic Rattlehead starts with three open Skill slots, earns Commander XP at a +30% bonus rate, and features the same nightmare-inducing VO as the 2D version.
