We’re aware of a technical issue affecting some players that began on January 20, 2026. This issue, identified as error code E:L01, prevents affected players from logging into the game.
Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Some players have reported limited success accessing the game by using a VPN or mobile hotspot; however, this workaround does not work for everyone and is not a guaranteed solution.
We understand that this issue may impact active Premium Account time. Once the issue has been fully resolved, all affected players will be compensated.
