Natural disaster Policy

Hello, Everyone,

We want to provide an update regarding Natural Disasters and how World of Tanks: Modern Armor is here to support you during these challenging times.

Unforeseen and devastating events can occur around the world, and while we can’t fully imagine the difficulties that come with such situations, we understand how life-altering they can be. Losing access to basic necessities like electricity for extended periods, or experiencing damage or loss of a home, is something no one should have to go through.

During times like these, we know that playing a video game might not be a top priority. However, we want to ensure that we’re doing everything we can to support you.

Premium Time:
We will extend any lost premium time due to a natural disaster. Please contact Player Support if this affects you.

Purchasing Sale Bundles:
If you missed out on purchasing sale bundles due to a natural disaster, Player Support will work with you to resolve the issue.

Season Passes:
If you're unable to complete 20% or more of the season pass due to a natural disaster, Player Support will refund 2000 gold, which covers the cost of activating the season pass.

Season Rewards & Earn Ops:
Since these are earned and not purchased, Player Support cannot assist with these.
