Restriction Types
- Game: you will not be able to enter the game.
- Platform: you will not be able to use your platform's account, Microsoft or Sony.
Can I Contact Player Support to Appeal?
Any sanction placed on your account via your platform, Microsoft or Sony, needs to be handled by their Support teams. Wargaming has no say over any sanction or action taken on your account by them.
All our game sanctions are manually reviewed prior to any restriction being placed on an account. Therefore, all sanctions are final and cannot be removed by Player Support.
Recurrent offending accounts will face a sanction duration increase, up to a permanent game ban.
