The in-game report system

When to Report an In-Game Rule Violation

We understand how important it is for our players to have a fair and clean gaming environment and the need for moderation to achieve this. The in-game report system enables you to handle rule violations efficiently, eliminating the need to submit a ticket.

  • If you are unsure about when to send a complaint, please review our EULA, Terms of Service, and Game Rules HERE.

How to Use the In-Game Report System

  1. While in battle, open the overview map and select a player
  2. Press [Y] for Xbox or [Triangle] for PlayStation
  3. Report or Block the player.

When you select [Report a Player], choose one of the following options:

  • Bad Language: Complaints related to voice-chat (personal insults, racist remarks, and so on).
  • Unsporting Behavior: Physics abuse (blocking and or pushing you), intentionally self-destructing their vehicle, and other forms of unfair behavior covered in our Terms of Service.
  • Cheating: Players rigging any battle or refusing to attack another enemy player, giving the enemy team an intentional advantage.
  • Harassment: Private messages sent after a battle with significant insults or threats while in-game.

When it comes to offensive names, each platform has different profanity filters. If a player on another network has a foul name according to your platform's rules, the player's Gamertag/PSN ID will be asterisked out.
