Purchases can be refunded when the associated in-game items remain unused.
- Should this be the case, contact our Player Support team.
Have the following information ready:
- Payment method: Gold or real money
- Order number for all real-money transactions (can be found in the confirmation email)
- Date and time of the purchase
- Name of the purchased item
- Amount or price
- Currency
